Villa Deis is a splendid Venetian villa from the beginning of 1800, situated in the Archipelago of the Kvarner islanda, on the island of Mali Lošinj, among the most distant islands of Istria area, 50 km from the Croatian coast and 150 km from the Italian coast.

Situated over an area surrounded by wall of about 2000 square meters, Villa has a garden of about 1000 square meters, which extends in front of the villa, and a built-up area (main building and annex) of about 1000 square meters. The Villa offers a wonderful view from its rooms on the surroundings and on the harbor, and you can also enjoy a walk through old trees : bougainvilleas, palms and pines.

The Villa is located 100 meters from the city center (about 3 minutes of walking distance from the marina where you can find banks, pharmacies and supermarkets) and 300 meters from the beach (walking distance about 10 minutes).
